Sila named in Comparably’s 2022 Leadership Awards

Comparably has just released its set of annual awards highlighting the best CEOs and companies. These lists showcase the leaders who are helping to drive positive culture change across companies large and small.

Comparably’s annual awards are derived from ratings solely provided by employees who anonymously rated their workplaces on Comparably.com over a 12-month period (June 24, 2021 through June 24, 2022). The final data set was compiled from 15 million ratings across 70,000 U.S. companies large and small.
